The hotel provided free daily snorkeling experiences at noon, and the instructor was very helpful. The mini bar was fully stocked! Parties were great, and the food was lovely. Dina and Hassan from the staff were lovely.

what an fantastic vacation i just had. everything was great! the level of service i experienced was perfect. attentive staff were always willing to go the extra mile. it. the gym has all the necessary equipment to do any kind of training. there is a cable station and smith machine. the personal trainer was very helpful during my workouts and gave me great advice.
The hotel is very dated and rooms need updating. The beds are hard. i like a firm bed but have never stayed in a hotel with such uncomfortably hard mattresses.

i found the grounds well kept. staff were polite and helpful at all times. food in the main restaurant i find were always fresh.
the room i was assigned it was quite far from the main facilities. this distance required reliance on shuttle service and i dont think its was very convenient.

The à la carte restaurants allowed for relaxed dining in a peaceful atmosphere. The all-inclusive formula includes everything, offering a stress-free vacation. Staff members were kind and professional, doing their best to fulfill every need. Access to the sea is perfect. A sandy beach has shallow, clear water, and a jetty provides direct access to the coral reef.
The buffet breakfast had varied options, but they didn't always blend well together. I found a mixture of fresh and not-so-fresh items. The beauty salon tried to sell a treatment package at an inflated price. This.

The staff members were attentive and very quick to respond to any requests I had (even at odd hours!). Many employees spoke multiple languages, great for clear communication. I really felt cared for.

The resort features a beautiful sandy beach with shallow, crystal-clear water (perfect. A jetty allowed direct access to the coral reef, something i enjoyed. The spa provides a massage center with professional staff.

The resort is easily accessible from the airport, with taxis readily available (hotel taxi is an option, though street taxis are cheaper). The resort's compact layout made everything easily accessible. I especially liked the proximity to the beach.

The check-in included a welcome drink, this was a nice touch. My room was upgraded to a sea-view room in building 9, this was a pleasant surprise. Access to the sea was easy and coral reefs were beautiful. The rooms cleanliness was commendable.
I did find the service to be very poor at times.
